Terms and Conditions

2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

3. Prize description: One (1) TEMPUR Original SmartCool™ pillow, fitted in-store with a TEMPUR® sleep expert.

4. Prize value: £165.

5. Entry is open to all existing subscribers of the LoveMarlowLife newsletter and anyone who subscribes to the newsletter during the competition period, from 1st September 2026 to 14 September 2026 inclusive.

6. One winner will be selected at random by LoveMarlowLife from all eligible entries received during the competition period.

7. The winner's contact details will be shared with TEMPUR® UK solely for the purpose of administering the prize and arranging collection, in-store at TEMPUR® Marlow, 75 High Street, Marlow, SL7 1AB.

8. Prize redemption instructions will be provided to the winner via email. Please note that the prize must be collected in person from TEMPUR® Marlow, 75 High Street, Marlow, SL7 1AB.

9. No refunds, exchanges or returns will be offered unless the product is damaged.

10. Employees of TEMPUR® UK, TEMPUR® retailers, LoveMarlowLife, their immediate families, or anyone otherwise connected with the administration of this competition are not eligible to enter.

11. The winner will be notified by LoveMarlowLife via email and/or telephone within seven days of the competition closing on 14 September 2026.

12. If the winner does not accept the prize within 14 days of notification, the prize will be deemed forfeited and TEMPUR® UK and/or LoveMarlowLife reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

13. The winner agrees to the use of their name, within the LoveMarlowLife newsletter, relating to the competition. Any personal data relating to the winner or any entrant will be used solely in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant's prior consent, except where necessary for the administration of the prize.
