Nook started in its now special place in 2023 but actually started as a shed in Portland Gardens Alley in the High Street in 2010!! Fun fact!
Having built retail business in Thailand from age 19, literally to be able to stay there, its been a long love of finding unique, quirky and colourful products for people and their family and friends to enjoy. Where possible we choose to continue buying from fairtrade sources and communities abroad to support their growth and well being.
Nook also has a strong involvement with the local community and as well as our fun little shop we have a space upstairs where we run workshops including crafts and soundbaths etc. Keep an eye on the blackboard when you walk down Crown Lane to see what's on every week.
