Marlow is getting festive and this means lots of great events in our restaurants to look forward to. November sees the start of the Christmas menu at The Oarsman from 23rd November, but before then you can enjoy a fantastic one-off evening with guest chef Bryn Williams who will be joining Scott Smith in the kitchen for a special menu, they had us at Dessert... BRYN WILLIAMS AT THE OARSMAN: WEDNESDAY 11 NOVEMBER

Scott Smith is welcoming Bryn Williams into the kitchen for a Remembrance Day dinner. Years ago Scott cooked for Bryn at Odette’s in Primrose Hill. Now they share a kitchen again for one night. The five courses are split between the two chefs, with wines paired to each. £65 per person, and guests can choose to add a wine pairing on the evening.

Places are limited and expected to sell out quickly.

CHRISTMAS, ALL THROUGH THE HOUSE

The Oarsman has just unveiled its festive lineup, and it looks spectacular. Head Chef Scott Smith and the team are offering different ways to celebrate and enjoy their Christmas menu.

Starting 23rd November, a dedicated three-course Christmas menu launches in the main dining room. Priced at £45 per head. The menu showcases delicious seasonal mains including traditional St Brides turkey and a rich, comforting braised featherblade.

The Ultimate Private Party (The Room Upstairs):

You can hire their private upstairs space. Complete with its own dedicated entrance, it comfortably seats 14 guests for a sit-down meal or holds up to 20 standing for drinks and canapés, with a bespoke menu built entirely around your group.

If you are looking for something less formal the main pub area will be operating as normal.

December dates for both large dining room tables and the private upstairs room will fill up fast, so do book ahead.

NEW YEAR’S EVE

Live music from Steve Merano from 10pm and £10 glasses of champagne. Tables are bookable, or tickets are available on the door from 9.30pm.
