We spotted Gemma post this on her Instagram and we wanted to share, too as it's quite an achievement for an independent estate agent and makes us proud to have Gemma Parr Residential as one of the sponsors on our site. And when the two agents above me are big, long-established High Street names, I think my small independent business is doing alright!
