Meet Vicki Clark, founder of Neon Mind
An ADHD diagnosis, especially later in life, can bring a whole mix of emotions, often arriving all at once. For some, it feels empowering, like the missing piece of a jigsaw finally falling into place. For others, it can come with a sense of shock and a quiet grief for the years spent not knowing.
